People living in condominiums deserve to live in safe and well-maintained homes. I am working to improve condominium laws
and thank the many who have attended my townhalls and consultations on this important matter.
I continue to push for the expansion of the Condo Authority Tribunal to hear, rule and resolve issues that may arise involving condo board governance and elections, condo rules, property manager performance, condo fees, maintenance and repairs, reserve funds, and short-term rentals.
This would ensure that disputes are resolved quickly and in a fair and affordable manner.
